Hello, I’m Paolo!
I’ve been in the learning industry for over 10 years, but I didn’t start with eLearning, I started in the classroom as a trainer. Working directly with learners showed me what works (and what doesn’t).
From there, I moved into Learning Experience Design, focusing on creating learner-centered experiences that aren’t just engaging, but meaningful and goal-oriented. Now, I do end-to-end eLearning development, combining instructional design and data-driven insights to turn complex ideas into engaging, practical learning solutions.
I’ve worked with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies, startups, and established companies in industries like food delivery, FinTech, automotive, and e-commerce, and now, I design training in the tech space. My specialty? Scenario-based learning and practical application, because learning shouldn’t just deliver information, it should help people do something with it.
I am proficient in tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Suite, and Vyond for creating engaging eLearning content, and I have experience working with LMS platforms like Moodle and Docebo for managing and delivering training.
When I’m not crafting learning experiences, you’ll probably find me with a controller in one hand and a coffee in the other, leveling up both in-game and in life.
For me, great learning isn’t just content, it’s an experience. And when done right, it doesn’t just inform, it transforms the way people work.
